Terms of Use
These terms cover the Aleck Smart Scientific Molding Mentor from Plastics Machinery Inc. (PMI), Newmarket, Ontario.
Who may use it
Use the Mentor for your own work and for internal molding work at your company. A Starter session is one diagnosis for one person. A company plan is for the named seats on that account.
What you may not do
Do not use the Mentor to build a competing product, to copy the coaching method into another product, or to collect answers for that purpose. Do not use bots, scripts, scrapers, or other automated access. Do not share a seat across a group of people or devices so that one login stands in for many users.
Who owns the content
PMI owns the Mentor content, including the coaching, the study guidance, the calculators, and the process cards. (c) 2026 Plastics Machinery Inc. Aleck Smart is a trademark of Plastics Machinery Inc.
The answers
The Mentor is a training assistant and can be wrong. Confirm every setting on the press before you change it. Plant safety rules and qualified people make the final call.
